Life can get busy, and the last thing you need to worry about is cleaning. That’s where we come in – Continental Cleaning Company is here to handle the dirty work while you take a well-deserved break.
Disclosures
All the equipment and materials will be supplied by us. We have supplies for all, natural, no hazardous chemicals, ammonia, or bleach. Safe for children, animals, and the environment.
- We do not cross-contaminate and do not use the same equipment in the bathroom(s), as the rest of the house.
- Kindly inform us in advance if pets or children will be present during our cleaning session.
- To reduce the possibility of harming the walls or floors, WE DO NOT MOVE furniture or appliances. You will need to sign a release of liability form IF you need this done.
- Prices are based on unseen estimated cleanings. If there is significant soiling, spill, or caked-on grease when we come, additional cleaning costs might be necessary. The additional costs would be $45 for each additional hour of labor. *Labor hour = Hours per person
- If we arrive and there are signs of insects, rodents, urine, or feces, there will be additional hazard fees starting at $200.
- If there are signs of bed bugs, we will NOT clean and you must call a licensed bed bug specialist.
- If you require folding, ironing, and laundry services, inside the oven, fridge, exterior windows, and/or inside cabinets we can provide them for an additional cost. Move In/Out Cleaning
- We will clean only a few dishes that are left in the sink or load them into the dishwasher, at no extra charge. However, If your sink is overflowing with dishes/pots/pans, we can offer a dishwasher as an add-on to the service. Also, we will not start dishwashers until we receive written authorization to do so by text.
